Processing Time:
All orders are carefully processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is packaged, you’ll receive a confirmation email and shipping details.
Shipping Options: Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
We currently ship throughout the continental United States via trusted carriers. Need your order fast? Choose express shipping at checkout.
Tracking Your Order:
After dispatch, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of purchase, please reach out to us at support@brighteyesandsunflowers.com. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery for most items. To qualify, products must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Exclusions:
Custom orders are lovingly made to your specifications and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please contact us before placing a custom order if you have any questions about materials, sizing, or timing.
Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, email support@brighteyesandsunflowers.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with instructions and a return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges:
If you need a different size or color, just mention your preference when contacting us! Exchanges are subject to item availability. We’ll ship your new item once the original is safely received and inspected.

Refunds:
After we receive and inspect returned items, eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 3 business days for prompt assistance.
